Scenario: We build a gallows in front of the Supreme Court. Forty nooses. These politicians are walked up, 40 at a time, and each one is read his or her assault settlements, what-have-you, and then the lever is pulled. A national viewing picnic is held on the lawns, and children are encouraged to watch and learn.
