Trying to remember a website which discusses or describes the military-entertainment complex.

Basically if you want military equipment or assistance in your film you allow the pentagon to have access to and ability to edit your script.

I'm sure I've either heard the creator or mention of the creator on podcasts and damned if I never bookmarked it. Any ideas?
