Cooking chicken dhansak tonight, or at least something similar to the British Indian restaurant version of it. And tbh similar might be a stretch as I’m lacking some ingredients…

Maybe I’d be better saying I’m cooking chicken, lentil and pineapple curry tonight.

And if I’m being really honest I’d quite happily curl up on the kitchen floor and fall asleep.

So, in fact, tonight I’ll be serving something with chicken accompanied by rice. Probably.
