I’m also seriously reclusive and crowds are often too much. Last demo I went on I had to wear ear plugs and have my hands over the ears as the frequency from a megaphone was causing serious anxiety!

I kept trying to hide and it was like they were following me. Ended up walking about 10m behind everyone at the back.

I need to get better at talking to people and asking questions.
