There is a reason for that - the #left themselves (or their self-appointed spokespeople) do not regard UK #labour as "left"

Really I think both in the UK & France this is reassertion of the preference of many for social democracy rather than #populistRight government - the sane Right has been infected by Farage, LePen & co - but there is little sign that there is any enthusiasm for the radical left....
