I think you'll love Metaphor, it has a lot of depth but I will stop right here and I highly recommend to avoid reviews and guides, because the story is full of "oh wow" surprises. (It can't hurt to look at the endgame archetype specialization requirements later in the game though, around 30h in - but early in the game it's perfectly fine to go in blind.)
