Calling J6th an insurrection is a joke. It's like pissing down my back and telling me it's raining. It was obviously a protest. Protests that breech the capitol building are common and happen a few times a year.

In the past people would be released or receive a misdemeanor ticket.

There's no mechanism for those protestors to take over the government. No plan no nothing.

The government is not a game of musical chairs where if you can get in the physical chairs you get to run the place.
