Re the health stuff, it’s great you are leaning that way. My personal experience is you may not get the full benefits of keto unless you are around 20grams of carbs per day or less. That’s like a very small handful of berries and some leafy greens. You might also find high fat (animal and avocado/coconut fats) moderate protein has more positive benefits than high protein. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE my protein but I did read somewhere that too much protein can be converted to glucose in your body which will push you out of ketosis.
