I made a flat bread without recipe, focaccia style. A third of the flour is whole grain and I added olive oil to the dough, when mixing and also brushed the top with oil before cooking. It made the crust very soft and I really like the taste 😋. I am thinking that this must be a decent sandwich bread too.
