I guess it would depend on what your intended outcome is. A couple ideas
- You can use the metadata key/value pairs in your profile(s) to cross-reference other "you"s.
- if you're looking for one Everything Neil feed, it might make sense to have your main feed follow your other feeds and boost everything you post, or have some auto-aggregator feed that does the same thing
- the Web Finger protocol¹ allows for providing multiple URLs associated with a profile, each with a corresponding "rel"ation value² that might disambiguate beyond just the basic "self" value
(have I mentioned that, after reading up on them in excruciating detail, I loathe the ActivityPub/ActivityStreams/JSON-LD/webfinger³ protocols?)
