Very little software is 'intuitive' or 'user friendly' to anybody but the developers of the software.

Substantial investment in more generic usability is almost exclusively justified (from the investors' perspective) only for exploitative software services where investors are guaranteed a massive return on investment due to the 'customers' being effectively held hostage ('locked in') by the software.
