Just heard a woman argue her reasoning of why she’s been vegan for the past seven years (except eggs (so she’s not really vegan))
The only people who can still possibly be vegan at this point are close-minded ones or ones who haven’t heard a single argument against it because they have no social media and are completely off-grid in isolation with zero contact with the outside world (nobody falls in this category).
-Lack of nutrient density
-Lack of nutrient bioavailability
-Anti-nutrients
-General difficulty in digesting
-Human caecum size
-Plant toxins
-Destuction of top soil from agricultural machinery
-Destruction of soil from pesticides
-Destruction of animals and of ecosystems
And that’s just a criticism of a whole food vegan diet, not to mention the enumerable problems with the pre-packaged psuedo-proteins they try to replicate.
