跟大家分享熱量含量,有了這張圖,連雞肉的熱量及蛋白質含量都一清二楚。
以前最愛吃雞翅,雞屁股絕對不吃,原來雞排部位的熱量也很高(炸的就.....),為了低脂改吃雞胸肉,看過後要來改吃雞里肌囉!
