As I was driving home last night, I saw the hills of Orange County ablaze, and a towering dark cloud swallowed the stars and cast the land in darkness only illuminated by the licking flames.

It was an apocalyptic sight, and yet, AND YET, it was only the second-worst conflagration I've seen this week. First place goes to the complete and utter self-immolation of Donald Trump on the debate stage tonight. He's toast.
