TP-link is fine if you need a cheap unmanaged switch. Other than that, I wouldn't touch them. They tend to cut corners to reduce cost of goods sold, and they're not exactly on the level in their advertising. There's a reason they tend to be at the bottom price-wise while advertising that their goods are equivalent to the competition.
