Who've had problems with #amazon before, concerning purchased goods that haven't arrived and amazon is declining to give the money back? Happened to my friend a month ago and now her account is blocked since then! She tried all service contacts and hotlines and does not know what else to do now. It's not only about the account block [usually she reads a lot on her kindle...] but most important about 1400€ pending - so a really big deal.
Please help/boost/brainstorm with me [us], thanks a lot!
