I'm sad to see her go, but she needs to do what's best for her mental health.

The bigger problem remains:

We have a system that selects for and rewards sociopathic behaviour, selfishness, and greed.

It grinds down and destroys every decent human being. She's not the first one or the last.

System change.

We keep losing the good people and being stuck with the worst.
