Christmas is nice and all, but I’m happy to be back to my normal eating routine.

I didn’t manage to enjoy the food a whole lot, actually. It’s too much in general, too much meat (at my family dinner), too much indulgence. I’d rather eat more veggies, and less fat in my diet.

The cheese yesterday was nice, but also too much.
