It is the right composition of tapioca and brown rice flours to use instead of buying those individually for this recipe.\r\n\r\nI made a one pound loaf every other week for like 6 months, the recipe works well and is much cheaper than store bought. A single recipe will last one person about two weeks (at the rate I was consuming it).",
