Going to try to grow #ginger again. I did it before, in Alameda CA, but when I try here in SoCal, it always fail. I think it's too hot and dry.

Just found this video, which I'm hoping will help guide me to success. Will start it in a pot to be on the safe side this time.

My ginger has large shoots though no roots yet. It's been in a paper bag. Hopefully, once potted with lots of moist mulch, it will sprouts some roots as well.
