We can't stop school shootings for the reason the US can't stop so many crimes: we only know how to address crime by "Be more cruel to Black people!" So if Black people arent doing most of the crime in question, our efforts will be useless.
We refuse to address gun ownership or access, or do anything other than "Harm Black people!" so we won't make any progress.
