My view of Biden is not shaped by the media, it's shaped by what I see and hear from him in unscripted situations. The concern is obvious -- the probability of his getting worse, not better, is extremely high. There are certainly people in their 80s and 90s who are still dynamic and 100% and yeah, safer drivers than many younger people. I've known a couple over the years. But I don't see Biden as being in that category, especially with the obvious changes since four years ago.
