Update: @miljan and @primal reached out to me providing assistance. I then received a response to my email from support@primal.net with more clarification to my primal wallet issue as well as the unfreezing of my funds.

Apparently their spam detection algorithm froze my wallet due to misuse of the wallet (how was I supposed to know frequent purchases from Primal store & large withdrawals in few transactions was against their policies?). Received warning if it happens again, they will not be unfreezing the funds. That won’t be happening again. I’ll be stacking sats elsewhere.

Though all is well now. Thanks to those who assisted for the support.
