Moving away from horny for a sec since I have a serious question.

To the MtF girls who've had bottom surgery. How did it go and was it worth it? I have a friend who's been struggling with self-acceptance issues and she's unsure if she want's to do get a bottom surgery or if she'll regret it. Would love to hear others experiences so I can try to help her out.
