Driving, particularly (especially useful lately, as I'm often 4-8 hours a day on the road), but also household chores, farm work, and so on. It's mental chewing gum, to keep my inner monologue from driving me bonkers(er).

But for anything important? Write it the fudge down. Finding useful information again in an audio (or video!) medium is terrible.
