#Nostr was built to be resistant to censorship, therefore that would not make sense
Clients matter and not all are built the same:
if you are using a client like Primal, it is already banning and blocking lots of content, so you will have with that client a reduced Nostr experience, but if you are pro censorship that is the client for you, unless you are technicality savvy, in which case, you can change the relays to paid ones blocking spam and bots

Like most do, use Nostr like it was intended with an awesome client like Amethyst (with full privacy (TOR) and AMBER) or Nostrudel and block and mute what and who you don't like to see, it is very personal, what you don't like others may like, but here there is no a CEO deciding what you can and you can't see or watch, you are in full control.
