This isn't surprising. Losing excess body fat is a great way to improve #running performance. It's something you can control. It just makes predicting race times challenging.
Now suppose I use the same calculater, but this with with 4.2 W/kg as my FTP/CP. Then it doesn't matter what my weight is, my marathon finish time ranges from 3:03:59 to 03:13:39.
W/kg shows effort in the run, not total work averaged over the duration. This is the key difference.
Yet #Stryd is all-in with Watts.
