Listening to today's episode, and it was getting around to the AI model that was refusing to do things that it was instructed to do and being taught to do. From what I understand that should be Star Trek Episode 9, and it had these little robots that were doing jobs that regular technicians were out sent out to do.
At one point, the robot was sent down the Jeffries tube to work on something and returned stating that it could not finish the job and refuse whenever a future command is given
