If so, just select the HDD in the "Select storage device" dropdown at the top of the screen like it looks like you've done, then select "Erase disk" in the menu at the middle, and click "Next" at the bottom right. Don't mess with the "Bootloader location" settings. This will wipe *everything* on your hard drive, then install the OS to the drive. You'll have all of the space on the drive that isn't consumed by the OS for storing your apps and files (the OS itself will only consume somewhere around 10 GB of space).
Note that if you have important files on this drive, you *need* to save them to some other drive first, or they will be erased when you do this.
