FWIW, it's incredibly hard for me to say that. I'm a lawyer and my entire raison d'être hinges on faith in the rules, especially the rule of law. But I'm hitting the "fight fire with fire" button because I don't see us ever getting anywhere without playing a smarter, if "dirty" game.
