I actually don't have #socialmedia apps installed on my phone. I only install #Tusky temporarily when at the #gym and then uninstall it when I get home. I also have all notifications turned off for #YouTube and #GroundNews, and an #RSS feed reader on my phone.
I'm honestly only looking at #Mastodon on my desktop browser when I am waiting for things. For example, I'm waiting on my husband.
