Today marks the day I discarded another lie I've been told most of my life. This one was about how bad raw milk is for you, but thanks to a podcast from the Proof of Health podcast on fountain by Max DeMarco (npub1lel…kvyz) which discussed how good raw milk is for you, I went out and bought 2 gallons from a local store that sold raw milk. Oh, it's delicious! I had some a few years ago while visiting a monastery on Shaw Island, WA, but was still worried about whether raw milk was going to do something bad to me.
