This will push people to evem lower their income to work in such environment knowing to find coworkers amd colleagues woth same values and ethos.
I am saying that cause I am thinking to propose myself in first place to work for free periods just to be there, learn, engage and connect more with bitcoiner while I improve my skills and they will want to pay me to stay or I'll don't find it stimulating enough to stay.
