Well...had a pleasant surprise when I got back from the third ride and remembered that England is playing Slovakia but they are down 1-0...the rides were good today but the wind had come up out of the NE to about 20-25 mph so that made the return ride a chore...I think I'm going to take the rest of the afternoon off after I use the weights here in a bit..lots of wear and tear on my body lately and I have pain where I've never had it before..only 213 miles to the 5K goal before my b-day
