Alright yesterday we went to check out some property for sale, it's 8 acres with an existing structure on it. It's a mobile home that the previous owner was attempting to turn into a 2000 sq. ft. "barndomium". Well the inside of it is total TRASH. Full of junk and thick layers of dust and who knows what. And now he's got the idea that he'll be able to gut the whole thing and rebuild it however he pleases. BY HIMSELF.
I keep telling him it's a terrible idea and to JUST WAIT AND LOOK AT OTHER PLACES but he's determined to get this horrible money pit and God what have I gotten myself into
