You wouldn’t know it, but I’ve been suffering lately. Lots of mental things, most spinning quietly out of my control, just out of reach. This year is beginning to wear on me, yet I’ll flip the calendar page and still be in the same place. Don’t know how I’ll bear it, trying to come up for air, gasping for life, and not quite making it. Something’s got to give, and I hope like hell it’s not me. #Today #Life #MentalHealth
