I made roasted sweet potato fries to go with our grilled chicken and corn dinner tonight.
I forgot to soak em in water before baking. Damnit.
They didn't crisp up much. But they were still pretty tasty 😋
Next time they get a good ice water bath first for at least 30 minutes!
