I think it's better hardware. Others would disagree. When I played on one not long ago it "felt" better in my hand than the steam deck. It has windows on it so you can run your Steam or Epic games on it. Or, if the game is to powerful, just connect your cloud gaming account.
TLDR: I think it's the better device.
