It's not enough to just be opposed to the state. To be an anarchist you also have to oppose other forms of systematic power of one person over another. So, for instance, "anarcho-capitalists" who would preserve capitalism without a state are not anarchists. Various kinds of people who want no state control so they can start an authoritarian cult are not anarchists.
