As new construction of affordable housing in London falls to a new low (elsewhere in the UK there is dip bit not nearly as bad in London), the skewed housing economy & its role in the country's housing crisis looks to be getting worse.
London is becoming (as it has always been to some extent) a ghetto for the rich with service workers living is squalid cramped conditions or being required to suffer ever longer commutes.
If something cannot go on for ever.... it won't!
