I'm looking for the best winter tires for an SUV. I have Pirelli Scorpion AS 3s for the summer and I really like how comfortable and quiet they are. I was thinking of getting the Winter Scorpions but I see that X-Ice, Blizzak, VikingContact 7, etc... seem to be rated higher. Size is 235/65R17. I'm not really worried about price. I don't need a $99 Wal-Mart special and I don't really want to spend $500 per tire but I'm open to suggestions.
