BDXL writers can now be had for around a 100 USD/EUR. BDXL is the BluRay Disc that holds 100 Gigabytes of data. Not much compared to the gargantuan capacity of todays hard drives, but backing data up to optical discs with a storage life of decades and no sensitivity to EMP can be very reassuring.
