Woke up early #today after not enough sleep, for the second day. Not so much of a pain issue as just general knee discomfort. It’s only been 8 days since the replacement so expected. Already cut my pain meds from every 4 to every 6 hours. Making good use of this early time drinking #coffee and watching Alien Vs Predator. Got to get on the pt bike for a while and then I have physical therapy this afternoon. I have the mean therapist today so send good vibes my way lol. Have a great #day all!
