I think there is a reason logos and pathos are synonymous with one another. Falling too far on either side leads you to traps.
one trap with relying on logos to explain your feelings is the free choice paradigm (Jack Brehm) / fallacy. Where our brains will automatically place reason behind our choices and feelings, regardless of whether or not it was the true antecedent.
