About to watch Spurs v Man City. It's absolutely nonsensical to me that Spurs fans have been reportedly selling their tickets and hoping their team *loses* tonight.

Apparently, the reasoning goes that:

a) They don't want their biggest rivals, Arsenal, to win the league

b) By losing they'll end up in the Europa league instead of the Champions League

I just don't get the logic of *ever* wanting the team you support lose. Bonkers.
