Jay Sekulow, who was a key Trump lawyer, is now representing the Nevada Green Party at SCOTUS.

Sekulow's group, ACLJ, was formed by Pat Robertson to fight the ACLU, and ACLJ's advocacy arm, ACLJ Action, is on Project 2025's advisory board.
