hey I know WFH is great as a mid career professional, but speaking as someone who (hopefully) is about to be a junior in a new career, it would be **very bad** if I could only contact the senior folks through Zoom and Slack. full remote is fine if you already have your network and career established, but it is rough for newcomers who don’t.
