Without a deep technical knowledge of any of these systems, I would imagine a situation where a company (strike, fold, etc) would host a visa debit card for account users, each users “available balance” is a conversion from their loaded BTC balance, and when a transaction occurs at a POS the company (strike? Fold, etc) satisfies the merchant and auto converts from the BTC balance to satisfy the debit.
Without knowing what I don’t know, what is holding this back?
