Lawmakers see the Strategic Bitcoin Stockpile as too speculative because they view Bitcoin solely through the lens of "Digital Gold" computer science theory. If they understood the concepts of "Digital Power" or "Digital Matter" theory, I’m confident they would see it differently. The question becomes, how long will it take them to understand these concepts and will it be too late? If China/Russia figures this out before US, it'll be strategically devastating to the US
