I've spoken on this topic before, as I knew of a couple people growing up who, I shit you not, were abducted in the middle of the night in front of their parents with the promise of rehabilitation at remote centers in the middle of nowhere. There is a Netflix documentary on the subject called "The Program" and Paris Hilton has been a vocal advocate to eliminate these types of centers. It's hard not to imagine that what RFK Jr is proposing wouldn't get privatized and follow a similar path.
